• I accept payments via. PayPal & Venmo at this time
• A partial or full payment should be made upfront. I am willing to split payments as needed
• This ToS applies to Personal use. Commercial use must be discussed beforehand & are under different terms

• Usage

• You may use, edit, and repost your commission as long as you give credit
• Clients will recive both a full resolution and a compressed version of the final piece (whichever version you'd like to share is up to you)
• Do not use artwork, wips, or derivatives of said art for NFTs, "metaverse"/Web3, Crypto related projects, or feeding an AI under any circumstances. This is non negotiable.
• Commissions for Small-scale commercial use (eg: profile branding, YouTube thumbnails) may be accepted under these rates as long as the artwork is ONLY used for said use & you're a smaller/indie creator.

• Work Process

• Upon messaging, I will give you a quote based off your message. At this point payment should be sent. I will not begin work until payment is recieved.
• Commissions will be done in the order I receive them (with the exception of full illustration, as those may need more time)
• Expect a 1-3 week turnaround after starting (longer for full illustration) Rush orders are currently not accepted at this time.
• Give me at least 24 hours to respond to messages, to accommodate for differing timezones & external circumstances (my time zone is EST)
• Please keep communications professional (ie: only about the art, no roleplay or personal questions)
• I will send a sketch for approval. Once the sketch is approved, no drastic changes may be made. Further WIPs may be sent or requested at any time
• Sent Refrences need to be clear and easy to read. If I can't read a refrence (eg: heavily watermarked or low res) I may ask for a cleaner one
• Visual refrences are strongly prefered.
• I may request clarifications or more refs at any point during the work process.
• I will not do redraws, copies or touch-ups of AI images. This is non negotiable.

• Refunds

• Full refunds are only allowed if the sketch hasn't been finalized & approved. Afterwords, only a partial refund will be allowed.
• When the final is approved all sales are final and it can't be refunded.

• I reserve the right to:

• Reject, cancel and/or refund the commission at any time before or during the art process.
• Blacklist customers who have broken ToS, scammed me/been known to scam, or requested something from the ‘won’t do’ section.
• Publish or opt not to publish the artwork on my website, portfolio, or my socials.
